These Ready Mix Concrete plants come with horizontal bins for storage of aggregates. The conveyor belt runs below the bins and the aggregate are discharged onto the weigh belt. There are pneumatically operated gates provided for discharge of the aggregate on to the belt. The material is all weighed accurately and transferred to the retention hoppers through conveyor belts. There are retention hoppers to hold a batch prior for mixing.
ATLAS RMC Batching Plant is modular and all components are inter changeable. Stationary Concrete mixing plants are available in capacity of 30 m3/ hr. and the characteristic feature is the heavy chassis complimented with a 0.75 m3 pan mixer unit.
