Available in the capacities of 4T, 6T, 8T and 10T Bitumen Sprayers manufactured by ATLAS EQUIPMENTS are highly efficient in spraying. It has a 25 HP Kirloskar make diesel engine to drive Bitumen Pump and a standard Ingersoll Rand compressor.

The spraying width is 2.4 to 4.5 meters with a total of 19 high efficient spraying nozzles ensuring a superior and uniform spraying. Spraying nozzles are operated by a pneumatic cylinder.

The pipe line is arranged to ensure proper flow of materials through gravity and to ensure less hassles in cleaning. A filter is assembled in the spraying line to ensure proper cleaning. The canopy protects the entire system of the sprayer and that the arrangement of entire system is such that the machine works smooth.

A digital tachometer is provided to monitor the spraying of bitumen. A relief valve provided with bitumen pump ensures NO CLOGGING of Bitumen.
